Looking for that one in a long shot recreational property, this one is sitting on 1.93 acres complete with a community hall with a metal roof and was the former Lauderdale school which operated from 1909 to 1956. It is located about 6 1/2 miles from Castor, has a good catch of grass, many trees around the perimeter and is fairly level. The property is zoned residential land, it did have natural gas but is not connected now and has power but no water. Any development on this property will have to have the approval of the county. There is ample room to host those camping parties close to home but still away from the general public. There are no proper bathrooms inside as this systems makes us put one in, only toilets like an outhouse are inside the entry. There is no actual bedrooms but the listing system makes us put a bedroom. There is no survey for the property and is only marked out by the neighbors fence line.
